It's 3.30pm here. My evening meal will be tender slow-cooked gammon, roast potatoes, peas and roast parsnips. I love Sundays.0

I eat oatmeal with almonds or a couple eggs. I try not to eat cereal as I always seem to get hungry shortly after!0

Vanilla protein shake with a banana and 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries..trying to recover from my cardio this morning. Will eat something soon but I don't know what.0

I had 2 eggs, 8.15 oz of chicken breast and a slice of toast.0

1 Tb. of Krema peanut butter on an unsalted rice cake with 7 slices of banana (28g / half medium banana). My typical go-to breakfast every morning :P and I eat 'meals' usually every 2 ~ 3 hours.0

First breakfast: Total Whole Grain cereal.
Secodn breakfast: Garden veggie Egg Beaters and 4 strips of turkey bacon.0 -
I had oatmeal with a tsp of cinnamon and brown sugar and a tb of pecans.0
