My breakfast: 3 eggs, 2 cups spinach, vidalia onion and grape tomatoes.

    I love Cheerios and strawberry frosted mini wheats... but I get so hungry an hour later :(

    It's 3.30pm here. My evening meal will be tender slow-cooked gammon, roast potatoes, peas and roast parsnips. I love Sundays.

    I'm not sure yet, but damn those eggs look so good! I am kicking myself that I forgot to buy spinach yesterday!
  • I eat oatmeal with almonds or a couple eggs. I try not to eat cereal as I always seem to get hungry shortly after!
  • Better 'n Peanut Butter on a sandwich thin.
  • Vanilla protein shake with a banana and 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries..trying to recover from my cardio this morning. Will eat something soon but I don't know what.

    1 Tb. of Krema peanut butter on an unsalted rice cake with 7 slices of banana (28g / half medium banana). My typical go-to breakfast every morning :P and I eat 'meals' usually every 2 ~ 3 hours.
  • First breakfast: Total Whole Grain cereal.

    Secodn breakfast: Garden veggie Egg Beaters and 4 strips of turkey bacon.

    I had oatmeal with a tsp of cinnamon and brown sugar and a tb of pecans.
