I did log one day when I went 300 calories over...but I place my goal at 1200 which is about 400 less than I technically could eat and still lose weight but once something goes wrong I say, oh Ill start again tomorrow....and the same thing the next day and the next....I want to stop this!
  • There is not a TON of jumping around...I have them and find them to be MUCH more difficult on the knees....he is intense but fun! Plus, the guy who teaches them makes me laugh with his OVER enthusiasm!! But overall, the work outs are real tough on the knees!
