Actually, this is true. There was a study that was just released maybe a month ago that proved too much water wasn't good for the body. Of course, the amount of water everyone "needs" is different and you really have to drink over your "need" regularly for this to happen.

My son is 3 and he will occasionally take naps. Usually if he takes naps he's a bear when it comes to bedtime. I prefer to let him stay up and relax with me while my youngest naps. This way he goes to bed early and without a fight. :)

I'm in! I only have a goal now of 20lbs but I'm loving the challenge. I weigh-in on Monday's. I will update then :) This is week 1!

I'm 5'2 and don't really have a "set" goal weight. It's pretty much when I feel good about my body and am in the lower to mid level healthy bmi range, that being said, I'm thinking 120-125 would be where I would feel good! :)
