I'm an avid logger and love talking keto. Actually had a streak of over 1000 days broken went I spent 2 days out of cell range, but I digress. 😑

Been watching him for awhile. Good advice and he doesn't give a crap about following common medical industry narratives

Wow. Way to go. Inspiring.

I face the same situation at home. Between my wife and kids it's carb heaven. My best course to aid me in resisting has been drinking a lot of water and tea when I'm home. Many times, for me anyway, when I get the munchies, I'm just thirsty.

About 4 years. Currently about just over 500 days of a logging streak. Had a better one going but lost it during a camping trip with no connection. :/

Almonds. So many different flavors and a lot aren't high in sodium. Dusted dark chocolate and Cafe mocha are my favorites

When I went back home to visit my parents a few years back, one of my dads friends was there, and says "hey what happened?" while poking his finger at my belly like the pillsbury dough boy. After that when ever I visited, I never came out when they had company.

Oh man, did someone say cheesesteak...*weakness*

Atkins worked great for me, and was a diet that I could easily see becoming more of a lifestyle. In my situation, my wife just loves her some carbs, and the house was full of them, so it became hard to follow.

Not a quick meal by a long shot, but i like to soak mine in a brown sugar salt brine (tried salt substitute and it was ok) Then rinse and smoke on grill on low low low for several hours. My kids hate any fish but tuna sandwiches and tear this up.
