Does anyone know how many calories a Phillie Cheese Steak Sandwich has with NO CHEESE....

I had a 7" with just the meat and fried onions on a 7" roll.

    I work at a cheese steak shop, the Temptation is rough! Our 7" cheese steak w/ no cheese has 400 callories, our 10 " w/ no cheese has 630 for what it's worth.

    LOL...Yeah the smell and sight of ANY type of cheese sends me over the edge!!! I can't understand how everyone loves the stuff!!

    To me, it's just disgusting!

    ruining a philly cheese steak in my opinion hahaha


    I'd just search for philly cheese steak.
    Then subtract 160 cals or so for 2 slices of cheese.
    Take off between8-12 grams of protein from that too.
