Wow I am so glad you posted these. She looks amazing. My husband is my biggest fan, too. He is contantly telling me how proud he is of me. I will be 43 in August and have lost 18lbs. Congrats to both of you.

10 pounds is a big deal. Eventually every 10 pounds will add up. Keep on your path and re-evaluate your goals if you need it. When you started out you had no idea how long it would take to loose the 1st 10, now you know. My 1st 10 was easier than I thought. It's the 2nd 10 that has taken longer, but I just keep plunging…

Here Here!!! You said it girl. I feel the same way. Big boobs usually means overweight. I have never had big boob and have been overweight. I gain it in other areas. But I don't care if my boobs are smallish. As long as my husband is happy and he is. :wink:

Burn some of those calories off. Everyone has days like this, you just have to learn form it. Next time, eat 1 less meatball and maybe 1/2 the cake. It's ok. The fact that you are keeping yourself accountable speaks volumes to your dedication. Now go for a walk...or do some jumping jacks or turn on some music and dance :)

I think you're better off just winging it and you will get the moves as you get the experience. If you were in an actual class, the instructor won't stand with you and give you tutorials, you would figure it out in time.

Acording o my HRM when I do 21 minutes of wii Zumba at the begginer 2 level, I burn about 332 calories. I love my wii Zumba. I do it everyday.

I love Zumba. I have taken classes and I do the wii Zumba. It's fun and you burn a lot of calories. I would recommend it if you like to dance.

My DH and DD gave me a wii Zumba for Valentine's Day. I finally got around to using it last night. I loved it. I did th enightclub for 20 minutes. I will do it again tonight. I am adding this to my daily routine of Jillian Michaels 30 Day shred.
