Have you tried replacing your compulsive eating with something else. I am a compulsive knittter. This keeps me from snacking. It's a great way to keep you mind and hands busy.

Well I think I am on Day 16 all told. I went back to level 1 and will try level 2 again soon (maybe next week.). Also too much sodium can cause you to crave more food. Check you sodium levels in the foods your eating. Whe I started eating less, I felt hundry a lot, but after a while my body adjusted to the smaller portions and now I find that I fill up faster on much less.

Lvl 2 is just killing me. I don't think I am strong enough for the planks and they make my neck hurt. I also get headaches from them. My husband suggested I go back to Lvl 1 for a bit more. I think he's right. I miss the abs form Lvl 1. (I can't beleive I actually miss abs...)

Day 1 Lvl 2 done and done!!! All I can say is "HOLY COW!!!" Kick my butt...I look forward to that getting easier. My heart is still going and it's been 6 minutes since I sat down. And my arms are quivering. :)
