Thanks for all the thank yous. I am NOT losing weight (only half a pound) I must not be measuring the food correctly away from home. I think I am easily about 200 calories over each day. :/

I notice that my clothes are not as tight before it shows up on the scale. Have you noticed a change in how your clothes fits? I know how you are feeling, I seem to have the same experience.

Welcome... i am only a one-day member. I love the tools and feel motivated by all the members ongoing dialogue. Keep us all posted on your progress. I am actually at "0" weight loss, but have walked a mile.
