I started it today. My legs felt like jello, but I had to get the dog out and walking made that go away. I am planning to do it every other dat for my "strength" training. I got so excited for the stomach part, so I could lay down.

Good luck. This site/app is wonderful. Even if you have a hard day, or don't meet your goals, tomorrow everything stars over. You can do this.

This is a great tool in getting and keeping healthy. If I blow a day, I just tell myself tomorrow is a new day. I have lost almost 10 lbs in 6 weeks. You can do this. if you need motivation we are all here for you, all you have to do is read postings and it will make you feel good.

I had a muffin yesterday. Looked up the calorie content on the web site. 800 calories. My total for the day is 1480. Yesterday was my day off from workouts!!!! Oh, well I will NEVER do that again.lol
