The Polar H7 Bluetooth transmitter strap will meet your needs. The calorie count on MMR will not be accurate

Plain cooked oatmeal (no milk) with a fried egg and a little soy sauce on top is very good

Diet is the key but exercise is good for you on many levels. Depending on your age you may want to get clearance from your doctor before beginning an exercise routine. I would recommend interval training when using the bike and also floor exercises and weights to build muscle and core strength
-
You have taken the first step
-
I have been using polar heart rate monitors for years. If you choose a model that allows fit testing you will get a fairly accurate calorie count
-
I have used Polar heart rate monitors for many years to track my exercise and calories burned. I enter the exercises and calories burned in mfp. It works very well for me. Mfp exercise estimate of calories burned is optimistic as is are the amounts shown on gym equipment like elliptical trainers

it's the sugar. The caffeine in coffee actually gives your metabolism a boost
-
you can get a blue tooth enabled heart rate monitor transmitter strap and use your i phone like a heart rate monitor
-
get a photo of yourself
-
I agree with ndj1979 you are actually smaller
-
I do many fitness classes. For the most part people are not judging because they have been where you are now
-
swimming, exercise bikes, rowing machines
-
You have a BMR of approximately 1725 calories a day (the number of calories you burn just living)
-
The problem is in your head not your body. You look great and fantastic muscle definition. You have a slightly rounded belly because you are a woman: celebrate it
-
I use a heart rate monitor for all my exercise. Figure you are actually burning 1/2 to 2/3 the number of calories the machine indicates
-
One should be relatively easy. See what it feels like on level two
-
You have come to a good place to do that. Good luck with your recovery
-
"clean" means different things to different people. Count calories in and calories out. That's where the problem is
-
A very bad idea and not really possible
-
marvelous!
-
It would probably be better to use weights or resistance bands to gain strength and definition. It would also be useful to get some advice from an experienced female weight lifter/ body builder
-
Polar is a good name in heart rate monitors they come in a broad range of prices. I would guess you will want one that counts calories too.The monitor uses your heart rate to estimate calories burned so for some activities you will have a small number even if it feels like you worked hard. You can check them out on Amazon…

It doesn't have a separate stop watch but it times your exercise periods when you are monitoring your heart rate
-
muscle weighs more than fat. with exercise you may not lose weight at first but may lose inches (or cm)
-
You should absolutely go to a doctor. The red line you mention is an unusual symptom
-
You'd be wise to check in with your MD You may need to have your meds adjusted
-
A milestone!
-
looking good, congratulations!
-
I also use a heart rate monitor and although I generally only wear it for formal exercise, I probably would wear it in the case you describe and count the calories. Six hours on your feet at work plus the walk plus back and forth 1024 sounds about right

I hope you consulted with your doctor and got advice from him/her. A heart rate monitor might be a good investment to use to set your pace
