Alternative exercises

I have pain in both of my feet from stressed nerves and was told to keep away from running, jogging, and walking for about a week to two weeks until they have time to heal. I am not stuck on what I can do for exercises that won't put pressure on my feet. I tried yoga and I like it but feel like I would get sick of it before my feet heal. I have to watch my shoulder too as i have numbness in my arm from over using it with weights. Does anyone have any exercise ideas that I could do? Thank you.

Rest... More exercise may work against you in the long run... Healing for a couple of weeks isn't the end of the world.0

I have a metatarsal issue and find that spinning once or twice a week works well and doesn't put too much pressure on my feet.0
