I like to do yoga poses to stretch out my back after working out. Go from Mountain> Downward Facing Dog> Cobra and repeat, SLOWLY, until you feel good and stretched. The Cat-Cow is also good for stretching your back.

Ok, I have a stupid question: If your Shine is synced to MFP- do you also enter your exercise on MFP or does the Shine log all exercise without you doing anything in the Exercise log on MFP?

I listen to a wide array of music, but usually like energetic stuff like hip hop and funk for working out. I also listen to podcasts if I'm on the elliptical. This American Life, Wait Wait Don't Tell Me, Dan Savage's "Savage Love", and To the Best of Our Knowledge. If you don't know Songza, I like it better than Pandora.
