I've been trying to get rid of it completely. Been reading about all the chemicals in the diet pop (any pop). I believe the nutra sweet is affecting me too. I've switched to tea over the last few years. For me, not only is it about losing weight, but about becoming healthy too.

I always use non-fat plain yogurt, skim milk, banana....and then I add fruit to it. Usually a frozen blend I buy at Sam's Club. Mix it up and it's thick and yummy.

In my opinion, I would suggest the Wii Active. It gives you more of a cardio workout and you don't have to buy the wii fit board in order to use it. Saves a lot money. I bought some at Sam's Club and have used them for about 2 weeks (2 a day). Haven't noticed any weight loss, decreased hunger or increased energy. In fact, I get a little nauseous when I take them.
