Thank you chivalryder and Camo_xxx. I'm going to go read the reviews of the ones you posted and see what Amazon has. I realized the coffee at school is not the best. Taking an advance level Bio class my first semester back after a 10 year break was not my best idea. Especially at 8am. I'm not a morning person, especially…

I don't want this part to get missed. If anyone has suggestions for a thermos that keeps coffee hot 2 hours plus I would love to go that route.
-
I would love to bring my own but the time between leaving the house and getting coffee is over 2 hours. i have yet to find any container, even my metal thermos that keeps coffee hot that long. Maybe you have a suggestion for a good one? I realized it's far from the best coffee but I need something to keep my awake by that…

An FT4 will. That's what I have.

Yep, I do this too, but only 1-3 pieces of clothing at a time. Right now I've got a pair of jean shorts. The first time I tried them on I couldn't even get them all the way up. Now they're buttoned, zipped, and almost presentable enough to wear out of the house.

I love this idea. Off to see what the calorie difference is.
-
How do you log it?
-
This is kinda along the lines of what I was thinking. I know I'm going to be over calories tomorrow. I know I'm going to be tired and hungry by the end of the day. Logging something like 2hrs @ 2mph and giving myself a few hundred extra calories might help. We generally do 3 miles when we go walk around the neighborhood.…

Seriously rethinking leaving my phone home. The app sounds pretty cool. I may need to think about a fitbit for future things like this too.
-
Agreed a fitbit would be really nice. I think a day like tomorrow would be the perfect day to have one. Don't see being able to get one ($) and get it set up by tomorrow though. Something to keep in mind for sure though. They're not waterproof though, right?
-
This is an awesome idea since I don't have a fitbit. Had planned to leave my phone home or in the car though. Lots of water rides and afraid of getting it wet.
-
This is usually what I do too, just wasn't sure if it would be different since it's all day.
-
I have my set to lightly active. I don't log cleaning or walking to the park (half mile round trip), ect. Only gym workouts or walking just for the sake of walking.
-
Thanks guys. I'll have to try a few of your suggestions and see what works. I've done snack on the way there and dinner later, I've never tried dinner before and protein shake after. Think I'll try that next time. Or maybe just feed the kids before and reheat mine later.

How long before your workout would you eat?
-
I eat 1600 a day, weight train 2-3x a week, do spin class 2-3x a week, and walk on off days. I generally do a cheat meal or cheat day about once a week. I'm down 19lbs, with another 20 or 30 to go. I've been here since March, but I've finally decided I need some friends on here to keep me motivated.

Is there an easy way to see weekly calories in MFP?
-
I like About Time. 100 cal and 24g protein per scoop and a super short ingredient list.
-
What she said. I also sometimes come home and shower, then put on clean workout clothes.
-
The way I remember WW (old plan)..... 20pts at around 50 cal a point (roughly). +5 wp (35 divided by 7 is 5 per day average), most fruit was 1pt, veggies free, so add 50 cal for veggies So 1000cal daily + 250 in WP +50cal in free veggies +AP (which were half what you burned) MFP- 1620cal (my current number)+ workout…

About Time offers samples on their website. 4.99 for 2 packets with free shipping. I like this brand mixed with fruit, but it's not very sweet/flavorful on it's own.
-
For taste I like the Zone Perfect bars. They're a little higher in sugar, but at least they don't have any fake sugars.
-
The strength training section is just for you to keep track. If you want it to add calories you have to enter it under cardio as strength training or circuit training.
-
I'm at 1600. 400 breakfast, 400 lunch, 500 dinner, 300 snacks (total). I add workout calories to whichever meal I want to.
-
I like the Wacoal underwire sports bra. Not cheap ($60), but worth every penny. I'm a DDD and my boobs don't move at all.
-
I would add it in, especially if your baby's still really little. Once your supply drops it's hard to get it back.
-
I've found a lot of dvd's are really hard on my knees. I like Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds.

Thanks

I like the Eat Smart one, but over $20. Kinda leaning towards the middle link.
