I checked my settings. It’s definitely at maintenance.

Can you exercise outdoors in your days off? Most people don't do outdoor cardio for the exercise, they do it for the fun. If you can spend a day a week hiking you'll burn a ton of calories to enjoy across the week, take a lot of great photos, feel a peaceful and relaxing connection to nature, and open up a lot of variety.…

Thanks guys. I kinda thought this post had died out and then I came back to a whole bunch of responses. I've done Jenny Ford step, but never her marching. I'll have to check out the shadow boxing too. I had forgot about Team Body Project, used to like them.
-
I'll have to look that one. May be similar to Zumba but not quite Zumba.
-
That's where I've found them in the past. Not having a lot of luck this year.
-
Never thought of that. I'll have to look there.
-
Thank you

I've tried one. It changed the way the bra fit just enough to drive me crazy the entire workout. I have a hard time finding sports bras, so now that I found one I like I'd rather buy shirts to fit the bra rather than mess with the bra.
-
I'll have to check that out. I always figured the arm hole would be huge. Although honestly the idea of people seeing the sides of the bra bothers me much less than people seeing the straps. I realize that makes no sense.
-
Exactly. In my size sports bras aren't pretty, they're functional. They look more like a regular bra than the sports bras most people think of when you say sports bra.
-
Yes, personal preference. And it's not just to the gym as I often pick the kids up from school or stop at the grocery store on the way home.
-
Thanks. I'll try this next time

Or is there a setting to make miles show up under the log for a particular exercise? I shows miles on my main dashboard. But an auto recorded walk just shows start time, minutes, steps, HR, and calories
-
Or to make it simple (don't have to sync beforehand) leave the data and override the calorie burn to half?
-
So I guess the best route is to pay attention to the distance and override it later? I usually don't know the distance, but there's no reason I can't sync before and after and subtract the miles. For the above 5 mile walk that would give me 404 calories rather than 794. Reasonable?
-
Enter your workout like you normally would and then change the calories burned to 1?
-
I just wear regular workout capris. Your butt gets used to it after a few classes. I agree that you may want a zip up hoodie or something similar that you can take off after the first few songs, the room is cold.

Thanks

Seems to be working much better. I'm not getting the annoying calories taken away at night anymore. Still getting used to seeing the huge adjustments and having to remind myself why they're so huge.
-
At lightly active I usually got a positive adjustment around 5500. Yesterday it was around 3500. But yesterday was a lazy morning with a long walk in the afternoon, which always means a lower overall daily burn for me. I ended the day with 8400 steps and +105 calories.
-
Thanks guys. I went ahead and changed my settings. My numbers seem close Yesterday wasn't a typical day, so it's a little hard to tell. Curious to see what happens to my numbers tomorrow.

If you want to make it to the gym you'll find a way. I'm a college student and mom of 4. I still make it to the gym 5 days a week.
-
My computer and fitbit where both showing the correct time. Exercise was entered via MFP and transferred over to FB. I don't know what the problem was yesterday. Today is showing up correctly, so I'm not too worried about it. Although yesterday is still off.
-
I don't know how to fix it, but I'm having issues too. My fitbit shows the correct time, but things are all messed up. It's double counting very active minutes, counting both what FB picked up and what I manually entered.
-
I think in your situation I would add those calories to the following day. Like if you workout at 10pm Thursday night, add those calories to Friday's goal. Wouldn't be much different than me working out first thing in the morning and eating those calories back at dinner. Might make it easier for you to plan though.
-
I'll second both of these.

Just work it into your calories. You won't enjoy the coffee as much if you try to change it.

I've heard it referred to as "twin skin." I've had 4 kids, including a set of full term 6.5lb each twins followed by a baby who was over 9lbs. I'm only 10lbs from my first goal weight, 22lbs from my super skinny pre-kids weight, and I still have it. It's reduced as I've lost weight (30lbs), to the point where I look ok…

Nevermind. Guess it comes back on it's own.
