Logging the gym

I want to keep track of the days I go to the gym but don't want to put in any actual exercises. Like I don't want to log calories burned. Is there a way to do this? Maybe even a notes feature or something?

    Sure - in your Exercise Diary is Notes.

    And you can make a wall post about your workout if you want to still inspire others with more details than normally available in logging a workout.

    Enter your workout like you normally would and then change the calories burned to 1?

    Thanks. I wasn't aware there was an Exercise Notes feature so I'll just use that.
