Yep, compression pants or running leggings! Also a LONG tank and a sports bra so everything's covered - I wore a shorter tank to zumba today, whoops! It's sad that they don't make a lot of workout clothes for larger people - we have the most weight to lose!

Don't know how well it would travel (I'm a SAHM), but my current fave lunch is a whole wheat pita with half an avocado mashed on top of it, a squirt of lime juice, a sliced hard boiled egg, and about 2 oz of sliced turkey. I eat it like a mini pizza. 360 calories, and it keeps me full for like five hours!

That's such a huge thing, don't minimize it! I had that experience last year, worked up to 20 minutes and never ever would have thought that was possible! I let it slip and I'm dying after 4 now, but I'll get it back! Great job!

My biggest problem with food is getting lazy and putting in something frozen or going out when it comes to dinner time. I plan dinners for the week on Sundays, so I can know what groceries to buy.
