i would say more than "toxins", your body is changing in a hormonal way since you started doing the workouts. it might be best to see a dermatologist, because if your body reacts like this to exercise, it isn't going to go away.

Too much of anything will hurt you. Killing you, perhaps not, no one can say, but it's always good to keep stuff in moderation. Everything in moderation.

well, there is a difference between eating 1560 calories and be under your 1600 calorie goal or eating 1000 calories to be under that 1600 calorie goal. If they are around 100 cals or less under/over their calorie goal, it is an achievement.

Is it possible to get the bbq taste and texture without having a bbq? I have a conventional oven with grill function and sometimes I feel like making home made kebobs and I don't own a bbq grill, is it possible for me to do so?

I just overate by about 1.15k calories lol. It's okay once in a while.

you aren't going to break your diet by eating pickles, trust me. what you will break is your heart with all that sodium, so watch out! eat pickles with moderation.

by chips, do you mean those awful crackers they give with the soups? they are loaded with salt, at least at the chinese takeaways around these parts, try to avoid those at least.

I am 5ft5 and my ideal weight is 120 lb I think. At least, that's when I felt the best about how I looked and how my body felt(and I did go lower than that)
