Question about dinner...

What do you do when its 3:30 and you only have like 200 calories left for the day??
I'm on homework crunch and don't really have time to workout today (maybe tomorrow night)
Do I eat a normal dinner and take the hit? or do I keep to 200 - 300 cals max and suck it up?

I just overate by about 1.15k calories lol. It's okay once in a while.0

I would say eat a normal dinner and take the hit today, especially because skimping on calories can make it super hard to focus on homework. Use today as a learning experience for the future in terms of planning to spread your calories out through the day.0

I go over. Try to fill up on veggies maybe to minimize damage and do a lean protein dinner. Unfortunately you may have to go over so you don't starve. Log it, forgive yourself, and try to do better tomorrow0

Depends on the day, today my 1 meal was just over 1800 calories, I'm done for the day most likely. If I am hungry later I'll eat something log it, go over more for today and start all over tomorrow.0

Depends how hungry I am. I've had a bunch of 200 calorie dinners - grilled chicken breast and a lot of veggies.0

Thanks everyone! I think I will just eat if I actually feel hungry and just make sure I'm not eating out of habit or stress. I think the key is to log it even if I think I went way over - just helps to keep things in perspective0
