they have seriously changed my life! i feel 10 years younger and havent had to go to doctor because i was sick in 2 1/2 years. my son has been able to go off allergy meds also with natural stuff.

definatly give yourself snacks!! it so helps me to plan my snaks just like my meals! breakfast 300-400 am snack 100 lunch 300-400 pm snack 100 dinner 300-400 evening snack 100

i was happiest at a full 36 C and i could still wear anything I wanted. at a 36DD i cant find anything that makes my top look good and shows off my weight loss. one piece things make me look preggerst!!

ditto!! im a natural 36DD.....its hard especially when you want to be halfway modeste..lol have 11 year old son that makes faces when shirts show to much!

I have went to curves. It was great especially for women just starting to workout. TONS of support. My group of ladies were alot older tan me but they pushed me hard! They said if they could do it i should do it twice as hard! set up to be easy to follow and at any pace. DO IT DO IT DO IT!!!

i keep a pair of my fat underwear next to my skinny underwear. if i need to keep food out of my mouth i just go and compare the two....giggle

My favorite part of logging in exercise is when at the end of the day i hit done and it tells me what i could weigh in 5 WEEKS!!!! HUGH help for me. My pms has turned me into a walking zombie but im still walkin.........

I had to go down to 1200 a day. dont shot the messenger!!!! you asked for help :) DON"T drink you calories!! Water only makes huge difference.

my family and i did this just to save money. at the end of the month we went to enjoy our mcdonalds!! we all were sick to our stomach and miserable. we no longer eat fast food!! it was a great lesson
