Didn't realize it was such a bad term here. I mostly mean cutting out sugar (except natural, like fruit) lowering my caffeine and no artificial sugars. I have anxiety, taking something new (especially pills) triggers it. I don know a whole lot about probiotics, afraid it will upset the stomach, because its sensitive. Lol

Yeah, found out broccoli is not good. Which makes me sad because I love broccoli. I may try fresh broccoli steamed without the rice I had with it to make sure though.

She didn't prescribe me anything. She suggested I take some vitamins and minirals which have actually made my daily anxiety go down quite severely, and lose weight. Same here, my hips, butt, and thighs are much bigger than my waist. Lol...so if I wear a dress I can wear a much smaller size, but instead for pants I always have to go up in size to get it over my butt!!

Yeah, I used it for awhile. Loved turbo fire, now I'm using some apps (30 day challenge series) which works well for me and getting around work and being away from the house so much. Daily Burn looked interesting, I may do the free trial when I'm tired of the apps. Lol
