  • Like an above poster. Have your doctor test your blood. the Iron pills might be the thing to make you more hungry. Eats more protein, and fiber and whole grain foods. Try taking a multivitamin instead of the iron pills if you really are watching what type of vitamins going into your body, it helps.

  • I don't like to think I lost myself but there might be a slight change especially when meeting new people. I m a big people person and I never noticed a difference. Since going this weight loss journey, I have felt more confident in myself and more truthful to those around me.
  • I didn't check in last week since I was at a conference in Arizona without a laptop and gained two lbs and worked hard this week to get it off and lost and extra .4 lbs. Can't wait to see this upcoming's week challenge.

  • I only get headaches when I am withdraw or had too much soda. Caffine in large doses give me headaches. The withdrawal from that is killer. It took me awhile. Stay away from it as long as possible til u dont have headaches anymore then slowly have no caffine soda. Mountain dew is also the worst soda to have.
