Not only did you shed pounds, but you shaved off years as well! You look great! Awesome work!

Great job!!! Your results are amazing! Keep up the good work!

New wardrobe! Woot woot!!! :D

Sometimes I dip french fries into soft-served ice cream on rare occasions. :/

I think 5 lbs. *shrug* Oh well! Gotta burn, burn, burn!!!

One of my favorites is: banana, a scoop of PB2, unsweetened almond milk and/or water, and a scoop of [your choice] of chocolate protein powder. Yum!!!

I take it everyday because it's the best thing out there. Plus...I kept buying it even as a customer and not a coach because it's the real deal! Yeah, it's expensive but when I think about nutritional value...it's totally worth it. :)

I'm on week 10 as well and I absolutely LOVE Turbo Fire!

Try "Circuit Training". Also, under the "Exercise" tab, you can click "database" and it lists all the different categories of exercise on MFP.

Amazing! Congratulations! You look great!!!

If your weight was a high number then losing 17 lbs in 10 weeks would definitely be possible. You should just be happy with how far you've come. Keep up with what your doing and just be with the results you get by Christmas. :)

I agree with the comment above. I would up the activity. Raising quadruplets is definitely not sedentary. :)
-
I loved reading your blog! You were so on point and it was fun to read. :)

It depends on what you like. I enjoy Turbo Fire because the music is great and the workouts are super fun! I especially like the HIIT workouts....high intensive but quick! I haven't tried the other ones like P90X, Insanity, etc but I do plan on trying them out in the future. :)

I love both Greenberry and Chocolate Shakeology. I take it everyday. It's true that it is expensive, but you get what you pay for. :)
-
I'm a stay-at-home-mom. Feel free to add me. :)

I'm doing Turbo Fire. I'm on my 4th week. I was really out of shape but when it gets to hard, I do the modification workout. Just complete it, no matter what. You can pause to catch your breath, do the modification, or tell yourself, "This is not hard!" That's what works for me. :)

Congrats! You look great! Keep it up!

I am in the same boat!!! For me, I think it's because I'm still far from my weight goals so I'm going to stay unsatisfied until I get there. I'll enjoy my moments of, "Whoa! I'm wearing this size now?" and "Woo-hoo! More pounds dropped!" but it doesn't last very long. Hahaha!

I have one rest day per week which are Saturdays. My body needs to recover after 6 days of intensive workouts. :)

I've never taken Herbalife, but I just started taking Shakeology 3 month ago and I love it. You can do further research on this website: http://myshakeology.com/CarlaRH It basically tells you about everything about Shakeology. :)

Hahaha! It was nice reading your post. It definitely beats the, "Somebody, please motivate me!" kind of post. :)
-
If I don't do it the day before, I do it in the morning. It helps me stay on track. :)

I am sorry you had a rough past. But I'm glad that you are finding out who you are and that you are not what your mom made you feel back then. Out of every bad, comes good. Your experience has made you a stronger person. :) I had a similar background as yours. I was a timid child and my family (mom and siblings) always…

That happens a lot at the gym I now occasionally go to. The first time it happened, I almost tripped while walking but now, I'm like, "Eh, whatever." LOL

www.piknic.com or was it picnik...and the great thing about it is that it's easy and you don't have to register for an account.

Protein helps you with recovery. I used to work out 3 times a week (kind of intensive) and I used to get very sore...but that's before I knew about protein shakes. lol! Now I workout 6 days a week (intensive programs like Turbo Fire and a little Zumba) and I don't get sore, thanks to the protein shakes. :)

Thanks for sharing! I definitely could use this...a lot!
