Getting mine out tomorrow hoping that will start my weight loss. I did this last year and lost like 40lbs in 8 months then had a baby so I know I can do it but I have been on myfitnesspal for 2 months now and have not lost a thing and the only thing that is different is the Mirena! Will come back and post if I lose anything

Could be a stress thing, that use to happen to me when I was with my ex and I was always stressed out but after we split It went away.

I don't think It really matters what they use as long as you can figure out what they mean. Its not that big of a deal do you realize how many have words missing but you can still read it because you mind puts the words in there for you. Just like my sentence below 90% of people read that.
