I will be starting Focus T25 on the 30th really struggle to keep pushing play. Would love to have some buddies that will stick with it with me thinking about starting a new group the old ones seem to be dead!!

advice for getting up early to work out
Does anyone have advice for getting up early to workout instead of working out at night? I started insanity and if I do it after my son goes to bed I am up all night and I have to work so staying up all night is not really a good thing for me

So last night I had a dream about junk food all kinds of different food!!!! Should I take a total cheat day, or just think of it as whatever? I know it sounds weird but I have never dreamed about food before lol :laugh: :huh:

HMR
Does anyone else have a bowflex hmr? I was just wondering how accurate it was because I went on a walk the other day and it says I burnt 325 calories. I don't believe I was walking any faster then 3.5 and it was only a 42 min walk.

I have a bowflew hmr watch and was wondering how accurate it is because I just used it to go on a walk and it told me i burnt 325 calories in 42 min. But I don't think I was walking any faster then 3.5mph

30 day shred?
Is it okay to do the 30 day shred twice a day or should I just do something else? Does it give you better results?

Waking up early
Anyone have any good suggestions on how to wake yourself up really early, I am not a morning person but I would really like to get up and work out before I go to work in the morning. But I just seem to shut my alarm off and go back to sleep.:smile:
