Up my calories

I have been stuck between 140 and 142lbs for the last 3 almost 4 weeks should I up my calories or keep them at 1200? What do you think?

    I exercise at least 5 times a week! sometimes 7 times a week for at least 30 min. up to an 90 min.
  • try upping them for 3 weeks or so and see what happens? you can always go back :)

    Try upping them by 100-200. That's how I finally dropped my last 5 pounds. Also, try to limit your carbs later at night.
