Nope, it's just 140 cal. The ramen is the air dried instant type.. (just plain ramen no seasoning whatsoever)

Normally I'd eat either one only. I ate less than 1200 cal per day most of the time. The thing is the bread at least has some protein whereas the apple has none. I really don't like eating food that a bit ambiguous in counting its calories..

I'm not sure about the sodium since the label did not mentioned sodium at all. The problem is I ate it for lunch everyday. I guess l like how fast I can make it and my pocket is not so deep nowadays...

What can you suggest I should do for this couple of days after the binge? Eat a lot less for at least these 2-3 days?

I did not workout today because normally after having a very large meal like yesterday, I will get like massive heartburn and pretty much cannot continue my workout. And that made me felt even worse...

No specific macro target because I'm pretty clueless about that. I've been following MFP's default macro but what I need is protein at least higher than both carbs and fat. Btw great suggestion guys, but it's kinda hard for me since I live alone and I never cooks. I do eat meat but eating outside makes it really hard to…

awesome! good work man! me too before i started using MFP my BP is pretty high too. i scour the app store for weeks before i found MFP. after that it was a bless. i lose 2kg per week and still losing until now. best part people start following after me and at least 3 of my colleague on the same journey. good luck man!
