i do this too like once i get one the ball excercising and such and measuring i can eat a bowl of fruit a day and not be hungry at all idk why but i have tons of energy and im just like idk but if i stop all this then im a total hog so ugh lol

water with a tsb of splenda or truvia and a slice or 2 of lime lemon orange an apple strawberry and so on which ever you like or i love mio and fit and active also has their water enhancers now i love them makes drinking water easy

we have steak every 3 to 6 months and only reason why isbecause it takes for ever to digest and it rots in your insides before it does!!!! how gross is that

maybe its just me lol but when i was vegan i lost more weight then ever the food was just so much more easier break fast i had my organic oat brand cereal and my almond milk lunch a veggie burger dinner my tofu stir fry :) idk everyone different i guess kinda wish id go back to that life my b was healthier then

dont quote on the calories cause like i see some walnuts had diff calories that others and maybe you use a diff yogurt than me or use another means of vanilla flavor like the shake powder or something but the banana walnut shake was my base for this since i love sonics shake

no i dont know the calories i would just use your own measurements because you might prefer half milk to whole so yeah i could just make it taste good but these are what i use and im nto a big calorie counter on here i just eat my 3 daily meals work out and have my snack and not stress it too much ive found i gain more…

1 banana i used a half cup of yogurt but id use 1/4 next time a dash only a dash of cinnamon sugar only about 6 to 12 walnuts chopped a tsp of honey and then some ice well i didnt freeze my bananas so i used a cup of ice and i blended and poured a lil milk at a time until desired thickness and topped off with some nutmeg…

get a calorie counter u burn xalories while u work too just breathing burn caloies so just stay under ur goal and ull lose it just fine ^_^

yuck nuh uh i use quick trim but i use my own i take the purple pill twice a day and yellow at night for detox and is working but if u stop u will gain it back also chromium picolinate works also 1 tablet 30 mins b4 each meal and a bottle of water if ya have trouble with water like me use mio water enhancer
