I hope you are so proud- you look great!

www.flourcitypasta.com Check this out, I know they have a similar spicy pasta and they have all of their recipes up for free, plus nutritional ingredients. Maybe this will help!

I hate that I never thought to look on there!

5,4,3,2,1 Flo Rida!

Drink water. Plan ahead when possible. (Completely contrary to the above) If you aren't in the mood for what you planned- substitute. I don't believe in torturing myself. (Planned a run, wanted to bike instead; planned chicken, wanted fish instead) Sleep. Variety. Music. Friends and accountability.

Get a straw and suck it down. I'm on the go all the time at work so when I sit at my desk for 35seconds, I have a water bottle with a straw in it, and I sit right next to the water cooler. I fill it, drink the whole thing, and walk away. I try to do this each time I sit down, which isn't frequent, and my water bottle is…

I remain a loyal fan but I didn't love this season at all. Not watching tonight so not sure who to say will win. Hopefully next season is better because it's actually the only TV show I watch, otherwise it's all sports.

You look great! Congrats!

I would have said this before-- but is just tried Peter Pan honey roast and it's amaaaaaazing!
-
Granny Smith. Hands down. No other apple need audition!
-
What's you calorie intake/excursion like? You already look gorgeous- you just need to feel it!

I'm 5'8" and my boyfriend is 5'2" (yep you read that right) and he loves me in heels. Sometimes I am comfortable in heels and other times not, and it has nothing to do with him.

My boyfriend and I (with completely, completely different body types) do the same workouts and eat the same foods, he lost nearly 30lbs (which he needed to) and I lost 2. TWO. I could stand to lose at least 10. And I was being all fit and healthy long before he decided to give it a try! Yes. It's not fair. But he looks…

So proud to be your friend-- completely amazing and inspirational!

Deva No Poo, One Condition, Volumizing Frizz Free Foam, Mister Right. The foam is relatively new and I love it-- so much easier for me to get every where evenly than the AngeL gel that I had from Deva before, which I love until I started with the foam.

And- you are gorgeous! Forget those, you don't need them!
-
They are called PSIS (posterior superior iliac spine) and they are anatomical landmarks and points of muscle tendon and ligament attachment (sorry for sounding like a snob). Point being- it's your anatomy, not your weight, that determines the visibility of these. Like "hip bones" in the front (ASIS), or collar bones, etc.…

Kettle potato chips. So crunchy they cut the roof of your mouth.

Love this Panda. I don't have a reward in mind. Do I need one? I think I'll just be happy.
-
I completely see a difference and you look great. Different bra and shorts but look at your chest/back/ribs/abs and thighs! Ten pounds is a wonderful accomplishment! How did you do it mostly? (I assume spinning, but anything else?)
-
Great job! I dream of the day I can do that in a race!
-
Love it! Haven't been to a hooping (?) class before, but it's good cardio, balance, endurance, ab, and leg work out if you just are doing it the old fashioned way!
-
One- you look amazing and so accomplished! Two- I too will cheat anything for good sushi. Mmmm. Oh yeah, back to the point- GREAT JOB! ;)
-
I think I would be happy at 160-165 but let's see when I get there.

Squats and lunges are the best- I love squats, so I know there are lots of variations out there to try. However, I hate lunges, so I recommend trying yoga- as many positions incorporate these exercises but you don't of it as straight squats/lunges... or at least I don't lol.
-
I totally agree--- BURPEES. I effin hate them.
-
Homemade chocolate coconut scones-- don't judge me lol

Can't claim to be a softball player, persay, but I am learning as I play, and I would recommend trying a new bat- either changing the length or the weight. Loss of weight, increase of muscle, decrease of body size in the upper body, all may effect your swing and bat speed. Vague answer but it's all I've got ;)

Yes. Seeing the Eagles make another ridiculous move. That likely won't pay off.

Squats. Lunges. Squats. Lunges. Cardio with resistance (outdoors with hills, biking or running; treadmill/elliptical with incline and resistance; spinning). Plyometrics ("jump training"). And your legs are beautiful.
