i did WW for 4 months i only lost 10 lbs. i wasnt happy with WW so i started mfp and down almost 30 much happier now

looks to me like you are doing fine in your diary the only thing i would change is your ground beef to 90% 10% and your hellmans to light hellmans i love hellmans so i changed mine to light. just give it time youll step on the scale 1 day and see your loss hey think of it this way at least your not gaining

im with you there i have been on WW sence febuarary and only lost 10lbs very frustrating so i quit WW i also do alot of mind less eating

i still eat the same things just less of it i had a problem with portion control. one thing i did change is i eat less red meat i replace my beef burger with turkey burger its pretty good

i think once you start recording what you eat that will help you stay on track. something about actually seeing how much calories and fat you consume in a day wakes you up it did me. take a day without dieting and calculate everything you have ate and you will see. thats what made me stop drinking mountain dew i would only…
