Yo! Giving up on WW now this.

Hi everyone,

I'm making my lifestyle change using this program. My SIL is on here and doing great (I'm so proud) hopefully if I try as hard are she does I'll have the same results.

I'm a stay at home mom of three who likes to eat mindlessly (I'm working hard to change that)

I hope to find a good group to join :)

    Welcome! MyFitnessPal is awesome. I love tracking my calories because I really had no idea just how much I was eating before. So it really does make a difference :) Best of luck!

    im with you there i have been on WW sence febuarary and only lost 10lbs very frustrating so i quit WW i also do alot of mind less eating

    This is a great place to change. I've been here since January and I've lost 40 pounds. I would have liked to have lost more but we all have rough patches. Mine happened to last a month..April. lol. Anyway, I'm back on and going strong. Feel free to friend me. Support is always here!!!:happy:
