  • How did everyone do yesterday? My body was pretty worn out (I did double workouts the day before) and I couldn't make it through the entire workout but I still pushed and gave it all that I had. I may take a rest day today and then finish up on the last 2 days.
  • I should also mention I'm not using the containers and I haven't done the 10 min abs. I'm just not strong enough to do that yet. It hurt my neck/shoulders. Maybe with this next round I'll give it another go.

  • my kids eat pancakes with mustard, I tend to take everything apart when I eat it. Like kitkats, I bite the chocolate off each of sides then take each wafer off and eat it. M&Ms- I will bite the shell off first while its in my mouth then eat the chocolate. I'm sure there is more weirdness about me, I just can't think of it…

  • You could put a little lemon juice on it or i add just a little fruit sometimes like mandarins or strawberries but just a few and it gives it flavor. But I have never been one to use a lot of dressing. Hope it helps!

  • Me too! started week 1 this week, almost done with it. I have only ever got to week 3 before life gets in the way and I end up stopping and it takes a while to get going again. Hoping this time will be different tho

It gets hard sometimes, I have been doing this for 2 weeks and have actually been really pround of my self, this is probably the best I have ever done.
