i feel sooooo bad i have not done any workouts since last wednesday! :blushing: hoping to get back on track tomorrow..maybe tonight if my headache goes away. I have lost weight since our last weigh in no idea how but i did!

i am gonna try my best to fit it in today...i havent done it in 2 days. today i am deep cleaning and packing stuff away..putting our house up for sale on monday! so i know i am getting some excercise in today!

I have had PCOS since i was 18. i hate it! i have a very hard time losing weight and getting pregnant. i am currently on 500mg of metformin and upping it to 750mg this weekend until i get to 2000mg! i know for anyone to lose weight they need to have 150 carbs or less to lose weight, so i have been doing that. but what…

back at it today...took 4 days off b/c i had hurt my knee...hubby and i did finally started again tonight! It was great..we both loved it!

i buy as much as i can of the generic brands mainly due to the cost difference.

L1D2...DONE! i did better than yesterday! not so great at the kicking your a@@ part! lol or the jumping jacks so if i cant do them i just jog in place that way i keep my heartrate up! Cant wait to see how i do 2morrow!
