I'm a bored eater, so I've had to distract myself to keep from mindlessly snacking. I recommend taking a short walk if possible. If that doesn't work then don't try and go cold turkey. Let yourself have the sugary snack, but work the calories into what you expect to eat for the day. Slowly work yourself off the snacking.…

Mini shredded wheat for breakfast. I love them and it makes keeping track of how much I eat easy. :-p

I feel for ya, my biggest weakness is lasagna. Just remember: All things in moderation. If you have pizza, order a small, or only eat one slice. If you "budget" for it you can have just about anything.

carrots don't have many calories and are a great snack. If you're still awake you log it with Friday.

Try an experiment: Skip drinking this week and see what that does. If you see some progress then only drink every other week/ every third week.
