    Do some step areobics and cleaning until the pizza gets there! & then do a nightly walk after the pizza has settled on your stomach! (thats what I would do)

    You can eat anything you want, just be accountable for it. How is your diary doing today? Can you afford the calories or will you be over? That should help you make your decision. :bigsmile:

    Go to the store and buy WW Smart Ones pizza bites...they are yummy and you will get your pizza fix! :)

    make a home made pizza out of the plat pitta bread ragu, mozzerella and pepperoni's. Its good and easy on your wieght.

    I feel for ya, my biggest weakness is lasagna.
    Just remember: All things in moderation. If you have pizza, order a small, or only eat one slice. If you "budget" for it you can have just about anything.

    I have like 600 calories left today, I could splurge. I don't have anything to make a pizza with here I am currently on vacation!
