Alright, I logged all my food in but now I am hungry. It's 12:25am, haven't gone to bed yet, surpassed my food intake, it's technically it's saturday... what should I eat and where should I log it in.. fri or sat??

    cottage cheese
    or whey shake
    or toast w/ peanut butter
    or glass of milk

    I would count it as Friday because you haven't gone to bed yet.

    carrots don't have many calories and are a great snack. If you're still awake you log it with Friday.

    Have some jello? my favorite snack: 1/2 cup vanilla or plain yogurt w/ 1TBSP PB2 or Better'n Peanut Butter and an apple, sliced, to dip in.

    OR salty? 16 reduced fat Wheat thins and 1 wedge Laughing Cow light French Onion cheese?

    then, a big glass of water and sleep tight.
