YUM, that chopped salad sounds delicious, I'm going to try that. I needed to come up with some ideas to take for lunch at work also. Lots of fiber in that salad and that's one thing that's needed. Thanks for sharing.

Do you recommend the Weight Watchers Smart Ones? Do they have some that are especially delicious? I would like to try something like that to take to work. I just joined today after learning of this site online. I am officially beginning my food diary and exercise log on May 3 and I hope this site will help me stay on track. I look forward to reading how others are doing and finding some recipes.
