Crafty, great job! Runz, awesome on the 2lb loss. About to head to the gym. Super sore from shoulder/ back workout yesterday. I am not sure if I can lift anything with my arms.

You are welcome! AND WELCOME. we all love to lift and will graciously share what we know first hand or what works for us. Really focus on your form in this stage and steadily increase your weights without sacrificing form. IN a few short weeks, you will be amazed how strong you are.

Afternoon ladies. Even though it is a Saturday, I made it to the gym! YAY ME! Welcome Crafty! the only soap I've made is bar soap to liquid soap. Didn't turn out well. I love the handmade soaps I see at fairs and gift shops.

35 minutes of lifting. Worked on my shoulders and back. And slowly adding cardio back in so I can help the process of losing body fat. It's been 5 days since I worked out! UGH! jewel, lifting is it. I have taken a disliking to any cardio. I don't mind a leisure walk on a nature trail LOL I can't swim so that's out. I decided not to workout today. Weekends have always been my time off from any form of exercise. I'll try to do 4 workouts next week if I am still targeting muscle groups.

Got to the gym today. I let my son figure out a workout for me. Because this is the first time in the gym this week and I wanted to get 2 days in . He had me to do all shoulders, back, and hamstrings. YIKES I can feel my glutes tightening up. Bonnie, I concur with Beeps. That's how my weeks look.
