I live in Denver and we are up most weekends skiing. Breck tends to be way crowded, A-Basin is a little more advanced (their greens can be viewed as easy blues...). Was just at Keystone on Saturday and they had just opened up some more terrain... Vail and Beaver Creek are further from the city but so worth it.

Depends on what you mean by "free day"... eat as much/whatever you want? Then nope :) Everything in moderation when you please. Oftentimes there are healthier choices for when you're craving those brownies/chinese take out/etc but it takes a little research and work making that food yourself. However, I take a day "off"…

I am 5'8" and some change, 127, and am still waiting for the day that I will be comfortable in a bikini.... it's all body image/mental. My sister has a very different figure than me but with her confidence, she is very comfortable in one. I hope to get there one day.

On my "rest" days, I do the bigger things around the house like rake the leaves and bag them; garden; do a HUGE clean, etc etc. Basically I just keep trying to move around instead of sitting around. Days off are a necessity - I workout 4-7 days in a row, depending on how hard I go at it, but then have my rest day.

I think I run slower (I do treadmill only right now) at 6.0, and 40 minutes seems to be my end-all limit. I haven't tried HIIT to see how fast I can sprint yet.

LOL - sounds like we'd be great at splitting popcorn at the movies if it wasn't so gross and regurgitated! I actually do all of those things except I only eat the soft part of popcorn and toss the rest back in the bag. *wow I suck at "quote" here, hehe...
-
• eat popcorn by chewing off the kernels and putting the soft parts back in the bowl... and eating them all at once, in the end • skin almonds with my teeth and then eat the inside • eat the skin off soft pretzels, then eat the inside (soft parts) all at once • if nibbling on certain things I will eat the item so it has…

Crust and add in toppings as you please - assumingly healthy. http://blog.yourlighterside.com/2009/05/low-carb-pizza-dough-cauliflower.html I make this a lot and especially if you add in a lot of fennel seed, tastes just like a regular thin crust pizza to me.

Done! :D

You should wear a HRM (heart rate monitor) if you are looking to see how much you burned - and then under "Cardio" either create a new exercise in the database or find something similar. Side note: I'm *totally* doing pushups and tricep challenge. Great link!!
