While in your diary where you can log your food, if you scroll down the page and click on "Exercise", you can manually log your workout. Does this help?

Generous fresh cracked pepper and avocado. Sooooo satisfying.

Glad to hear it's not just me! I should always check here first before syncing on all of my devices and just getting frustrated when nothing works.

This email link worked for me; the other one with the Captcha wouldn't go through for me. Try this: https://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/portal/emails/new Good luck!

The issue of my Fitbit not syncing and showing extra calories earned has been solved. I did email the helpdesk who in turn helped me resolve the issue. Here is what I had to do and I had to do it from a mobile device since the options I needed were not visible to me using the web app on my Windows 10 desktop. From the…

I am very disappointed in the lack of response by MFP about this issue. Nothing I have tried has worked for me. What used to work doesn't anymore! I have checked other online calorie counters but none have the database that MFP has; not nearly as comprehensive and easy to use. So what I have done (for me) is determine the…

Hello, I don't think there is a way to reset the activity level on the FitBit...It may determine it automatically based on info you give it when you set it up and there is no way to go in and change it. If someone knows how to do this, I'd love to hear it. What if someone gives away their FitBit? There must be a way to…

Tonight's dinner; I'm in a veggie kind of mood. Total of 600 cals which includes 2 glasses of brut cuvee. Everything was spritzed with oil spray and will be grilled. Celebrating the completion of 2 very big desserts that I will contribute to Thanksgiving tomorrow; Bacardi Rum Cake and a Salted Caramel Cheesecake!

For full fat plain I always go with Zoi from Winco or Mtn High. Lately I'm making my own 2% plain and I will use either Nancy's or Mtn High as a starter because I really like the way they taste.

I see now that the key is to use the OLD Recipe Calculator located at the upper right of the main recipe page. This calculator gives you access to the big main food database. Everything is right with the world. :drinker:

Simply smeared on sweet apple slices. Worth the calories and very satisfying!

I'm not sure we are all talking about the same thing. Searching for an ingredient or food from within the food diary works very well and enters into a huge, massive database. I almost always find what I'm looking for there. But from within the Creating a Recipe tool, it's a very different story. I put in Guerrero (the…
