Hi, It might not be what you are looking for, but I used to do the same thing, I swapped to plain pop corn and now either crunch icecubes (when it is warm) or chew gum. Also find I get through my work a bit quicker as I am not stopping to replenish snaks or put hand to mouth! Mind you, still better than the old old days…

A lot of people advocate a weekly calorie deficit rather than a daily one so yes, you can .eat the calories you had left over. Other people refer to this as a cheat day. This is where the consciously eat under their calories for most days of the week and then on a 'cheat' day they use those calories on a blow out.

I have swapped my two biscuits (cookies) at morning breaktime for 25gs of almonds. Certainly feels more satisfying and keeps me going easily till lunch time. As long as they fit into your cal allowance it's all good!

The nly time it bothers me is when my little one steals cheese! I always weigh out my cheese and put it on a seperate plate if I am adding grated cheese to anything. Without fail he will always take cheese of my pile rather than the big one which is meant for everyone else! Other than that, don;t really mind!

I've looked at your food diary, and aside from yesterday, it does seem like you are eating a good ammount for your target. Have you set it to a 2lb loss though?
