That's me....I definitely feel the same way as she does throughout the day...My pants/skirts fit loose in the morning but by the end of the day...they are tight and miserable...:(

put on my annual checklist...Does this require to be seen when with symptom?

Don't feel too bothered by a few posts...When you ask for advice, people often feel entitled. Some are very good at delivering message; others might not be so good...And it's annoying that some pick on certains words and going on and on about it even it's not what you meant or asked for opinion about. We all have to learn…

I feel like in a rut for long time...I am angry, bitter, and feel like giving up...not sure how to get out of it either. :(
-
I actually envy those who feel so good about themsevles, no matter how much weight they have lost or not lost...
-
only me envy others who can lose easier than me...nobody else envies me yet. I have to say I am bitter from time to time because of frustration of my own lack of progress but I try not to make snarky comments on others only joke with my friends by mocking myself.
-
I am the same way. I eat breakfast and feel hungry like 1 hour later...yes when I ate breakfast I did eat high in protein and fat but still...
-
I am training my brain to "sleep through". It's still a work in progress. Some nights I do better than others. I try to think all I can eat the next day...I dont know if this is a good idea but I am trying to make it work for me.

even with similar BF%, you can see those women look different.

actually I think I just sort of hijacked the tread myself... :flowerforyou: to OP. thank you for the info.
-
Well, sometimes some people try to ask similar questions in a thread someone else started, then these people were told "not to hijack the thread; start your own". go figure...you see it's not always just one side of the story is told...

OK, guess this is what has been happening to me for the past 2 years...body recomp...

What If I tried to consume the fat I have and use that for energy?

I want to run faster. I have fair amount of muscle but not enough to make me look smaller...I still have jiggling fat every where...

I was wondering if everybody's "last 10 pounds“ is equal...I am in the mid of BMI chart but wanted to lose 10 pounds to reach to the lower side of the chart...but I have not been able to ...

in for advice/ideas...

in for good suggestions. in the same boat..

I still think it's different kind of "difficult level". To me training for muscle endurance is way harder than power lifting. But I only compare it with myself. :)
-
So am I...the only way I can lose is to eat but still feeling hungry by the end of the day but then all I hear is that this is not the right way...If I eat more I maintain...I guess I just haven't found that subtle middle ground where I eat just enough but still lose...hard, super hard..after 2 years I still haven't…

This^^^ I konw some people who are obsessed with their goals and keeping up their routine so when the are sick they are still pushing themselves...ended up in ER...

I start really liking you...:flowerforyou:

I don't disagree and we aren't really talking about two different things...The confusion I had was that OP said she has been steadily losing..if she's losing...how water retention comes in? I am not sure...
-
I thought water retention makes you put on weight on the scale..
-
I wish I had that problem...why am I always hungry and never feel full. :brokenheart: having said that, I heard that cardio like slow running/jogging does have that kind of effect on some people.
-
Did I misunderstand your post or you have been eating this way since you are teen? you are so young...
-
I like trader joe's stuff and whole foods rotisseries chickens...
-
forgive me but 3 months is still too early to say "forever". But it could be just me who has very weak will power hence relapsed at the end of 3 months.. if you feel good then keep it up.
-
Forgive me to ask. if you are "bad" at logging, how could you keep calories so accurate, down to 20 calories? That's amazing...
-
When I tried to lose weight a couple of years ago, I didn't know better so I simply followed 1200 a day and lost 10 pounds very quickly. Then I started feeling exhausted and slowly going back to eat more...and adding exercise...Then my weight went back up to the starting point...and stayed there for these past 2…

by the way, my :flowerforyou: to the OP, that's some solid progress in those pictures. Good work~
