Loss of appetite

Hello I've just started strength training and jogging, I feel wonderful but I am concerned because I've lost my appetite I am eating but its very small meals and it makes me feel slightly ill like I've over ate. Is this normal?

    No, it's not normal.

    Try eating a meal with zero fat and see if you still feel ill. That may give a clue.

    I wish I had that problem...why am I always hungry and never feel full. :brokenheart:

    having said that, I heard that cardio like slow running/jogging does have that kind of effect on some people.
