I usually jump on the scale 2-3 times a week in the morning soon as I wake up. I only log my weight one day a week usually on Saturday.

Agree with the previous post track what you eat, get a little exercise in and set realistic goals. You don't have to lose it all at once you didn't put it all on at once after all. Given that you just started a couple weeks ago I would not be too worried just yet. I would suggest setting one day a week to check your weight on the scale. Make sure you do it at the same time every week be that as you wake up, get out of the shower or before you go to bed. I personally like to do it as soon as I wake up…

I would agree with Broadchurch and Fringe. And if you have never watched it dust off Twin Peaks. Got to give it a couple episodes it's odd, but it grows on you fast. In addition I would also suggest Sherlock and Psych.
