I take power fuel now. I tried N.O Xplode it was alright but I got jittery. There is alot out there. But proetein usually works. But dont try Jack3d hard stuff.

I dont have to hold my breath to tie my shoe Can play with the kids and ride a bike without lookinh like I suck up the thing. But the best is my BP went from 180 to 127 Havent lost a whole lot of weight but size matters in this situation

Gonna have to quit for awhile have a torn meniscus and having surgery Wednesday. I will do what I can with arms, chest back..... But nothing with legs for a while. I love that Kenpo

I did that at first but try to do what you can in good form and if you go to your knees thats ok. I cant do a pull but by using the bands I will get stronger and eventually get that 1 pull up. Do you take protein or anything before you workout? On the days I work 12 hrs I take a pre workout drink 30 minutes before. Seems…

I just started this same menu today, I thought it would be hard but eating every 3 hrs worked just fine. There is a seven day plan to this menu.

I do 6 days a week. Thanks for sharing that. My doc wants me to be 170 and I did that about ten yrs ago NASTY. I looked sick. It said that I should be around 200 to 210. That was where I was at when I got married. 90 lbs to go. Thanks again.

You risk starvation if you are in a healthy BMI. People that are considered obese or have an unhealthy BMI don't have the risk of starvation. Not eating enough will slow down your metabolism and you don't want that

Try not eating your workout calories. If your hungry after your workout try a protein bar or something with protein in it. I was eating back excercise calories and wasn't losing either. I do have alot to lose and since I do I don't risk starvation. Are you eating every 3-4 hours? Are you eating a healthy breakfast?…

I would just make sure you one with at least 23 grams per scoop. I use GNC Pro Performance Whey Protein but I have also used Muscle Milk , EAS. and Extreme Labs which has a whopping 30 grams per scoop.

That was some good info but you can get all that from MFP. There are people on here that have been doing this along time. They have done the research and are willing to share their experience and even better their support. OH AND ITS FREE
