    I listened to maybe half of it before it stopped working. They seem to be talking the talk, but if they're putting this info in the video, what do you need to buy from them?

    The best part of the video is the middle to the end, so you didn't hear it. Just talks about what kind of carb to eat, good and bad and a lot about sugar and hidden sugar, etc. You would get much more out of it if you had seen it all.

    That was some good info but you can get all that from MFP. There are people on here that have been doing this along time. They have done the research and are willing to share their experience and even better their support. OH AND ITS FREE
