Anyone else have trouble meeting their net calorie goal? When I work out alot I can never seem to do it. I don't want to screw up my metabolism, but I cannot eat 2500 cals a day. I don't know what I should do...work out less, or just really try to eat more and hit that number. It seems crazy to eat that much food and still lose though...thoughts? My goal is 1200, and my net is usually somewhere around 800.

What would happen if you UPPED your activity level for your BMR to moderate or active and then ignored your exercise calories? It's part psychology, but what if...what if you hit your macros (mine is set to 40protein, 30 carbs, 30 fats, and 35 fiber, 1500 sodium) and only gave a nod to the rest...0
