Well here I am soon to be 61 and overweight. Have had Lyme for the last year and have not been my best at anything, definitely not at my best on weight loss. Through menopause. You didn't lose your breasts, they got smaller. I do recommend that you get a proper bra fitting. So many recommend cups that are way to small and band sizes that are way to large, which leaves you with not enough support,and just not a nice look. Exercise to develop the underlying muscles will do a world of good as well.…
