Does anyone know if sugars are included in the Carb count on Fitnesspal? They are most everywhere else.

Exercises to release tight hips
I printed a series of exercises from this site for tight and painful hips. They worked wonders for my husband but he has lost the print out and I can not find this series in the forum or blog. This included deep squats, wall sits, wall leg stretches etc..... Can anyone help?

Skinny Wednesday/Round Two/Work It Wednesday

Exercise calories per week?
How many calories do you burn on average, during a week? Do you try or are you able to eat all your exercise calories?

Hooray 4 miles today!!
One mile Classic walk and 3 miles Walk Away Your Waistline. 15 minute miles. Still not moving that scale and really not seeing the inches change. I feel good, but really want to see that scale start to drop. I don't mind being over the hill I just don't want to roll down the other side!

Entering exercise on fitness page?
Just did 30 minutes on my Total Trainer, continous variations of leg squats lifting own body weight, plus weights to work upper body. Must I really try to break all of this down to enter it in the exercise journal? That will be more work than the exercise. Help
