Same rules apply double exercise, double water :drinker: ( within reason) and no eating:huh: after dinner. This really energized us all:happy: last week lets hit it again!

I will do my best I didn't work out today not feeling the the best but i finely got some meds for it so i am starting to feel a bit better now. so we will see how it is for tomorrow but i hope i can get my run in.0

I just finished doing 35 minutes on my Wii with an 11 minute jog plus arms and shoulders from P90X. I jsut did more today than I did all of last week. Now off to get 80 oz of water in and maybe racking the yard later.0

I started out strong....then went out for St. Patty's Day for supper! I ate 3 pieces of pizza, but no green beer for me! :grumble: Had lots of water and am planning on having a Skinny Thurs to make up for it. I actually only went over my cals by about 100 but it felt so naughty to be eating pizza! Anyway, I am inspired by the exercise cals you guys burn! What are you doing for exercise. I need to kick it up a notch in that category.0

Good for you Aisser and ndfcdf. FabulousFifty, if you ate 3 pieces of pizza and were only 100 cals over you must have dons some serious working out!
1074 for my day total and lots of liquids. None of them green! To answer your question FabulousFifty.
I do powerwalking,with weights and intervals, and then more weights and a resistance band workout. I do wear a heart monitor which is programmed for me. It's the only way I could keep track.

Reporting back in today for a Skinny Thursday...Did fine today. Ending up with a few calories left to spare. Putting on my tennies to let my dog take me for a walk! All in all, a good day!0
